Slitting Line Composed of Uncoiler,Slitting Shear and Recoiler

The slitting line is used to produce coils of different widths by uncoiling and recoiling operations. The produced coils after slitting can be supplied to various kinds of automatic stamping production lines.

The slitting line consists mainly of a coil loading cart,an uncoiler,a slitter,an end cutting machine,a stretch force controlling machine and a recoiler.Between machines there are swinging bridees ,clamping and feeding devices,feeding deviation correcting devices and numerical feeding devices,etc.This line is ideal coil automatically processing equipment integrated of machines,eletronics,hydraulics and pneumatics.
